Job description
HelpAge recently organised a comprehensive review of its HR practices and capacity, Safeguarding framework and matrix management arrangements across the organisation.
These reviews have made a number of recommendations that the organisation would like to implement and therefore would like to undertake a number of projects over the next year. The HR Project Manager will take the lead on the implementation of key strategic projects in line with the recommendations araising from the review.
HelpAge has secured a large commercial contract and prequalified for a few more commercial contracts. We will therefore, enter into consultancy work, which is a new area for the organisation.
In light of the above, we need to develop a recruitment process and remuneration packages appropriate for consultants. The post holder is required to develop a policy and procedure on how we manage such consultancy work.
